In a group or 1:1
We can meet in one-to-one or couple sessions, or in group workshops, online or in person. We begin with what you are living now, seeking greater clarity in relationships, deeper self-understanding and a healthier way of communicating.
Groups
A group brings mirroring, resonance and the chance to notice how you ask, refuse, approach or withdraw. What you live becomes more visible here, and you can practise new ways of communicating and taking your place.
Depending on the theme, I use tools from the ESPERE® Method, Classical Psychodrama, symbolic and experiential work, stories and reflection. The form is built around the theme and the people present.

1:1 sessions
In individual sessions we can work with a situation, relationship or life stage that needs greater clarity: a conflict, a separation, grief or a physical expression of emotional strain.
For a couple theme, you may come alone or with your partner. When you come together, we look at the relationship as a space built by both of you and explore what happens between you.
My primary training is in relational communication through the ESPERE® Method and in Classical Psychodrama; my accreditation is in progress in both.
Created by French psychosociologist Jacques Salomé, the ESPERE® Method is a pedagogy of communication and relationships. It offers clear reference points and practical tools for understanding what happens in our relationships and building healthier ways of communicating and taking our place.
Classical Psychodrama is an experiential, action-based method. It allows us to explore situations, relationships and inner experience not only through words, but through role, body, movement, representation and symbolic work.
Our work may integrate tools from both methods: role and action, visualisation and symbolic work, the body and experiential exercises. I explain what I suggest and why, and each time you can choose whether and how you want to enter an exercise.
Both methods can have a powerful therapeutic effect, yet the method always remains in service of the process and the person, never the other way around.
We bring in the real situation, not its perfectly ordered version.
We separate facts, feelings, needs, boundaries and messages that have become tangled.
We look for a movement or wording you can carry into everyday life.
Online, or in person in Brașov and Bucharest.
